Team Sports

What's so good about team sports? The great thing about team sports is that even though you may not be good at something, you have other people with the same aims and goals as you, doing everything they can to achieve what you want to achieve.
But what happens when your team lets you down?

It's not a case of not having enough people with enough skills - there are enough of those.
It's not a case of being too busy to get involved - I make time when I see the need for it.
It's more a case of being part of the wrong team.

I have different goals. I have different ideas. I have different ways of doing things.
So what do you do?
Do you try to reform them? Or do you reform yourself?
Do you change your team? Or do you change teams?

It's a tough call but I think that ultimately you need to realise that your loyalty isn't to your team - it's to your sport. The goal of the sport is your goal. So find a team that can help you get there. It's not about how you get there, or who you get there with - just get there.
